If our customers demand timepieces from a brand we do not stock, we may source the watches. What do I do if my watch stopped?

The vast majority of watches we sell are automatic timepieces. This means that they are mechanical self-winding movements. Automatic watches have a limited power reserve which varies depending on the model, so if you haven’t used your watch for some time, it may stop. To activate your automatic watch again, wind the crown of the watch. When you wear an automatic watch, the rotor rotates and generates energy which allows your watch to operate without constantly having to wind it.e

If you have a quartz watch, it most often means that you need to change the battery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide!

Have in mind that if you are ordering from outside of the European Union, the customs may add duty and tax. As such, you are required to pay customs charges, as well as any associated import tax, VAT, and duties that may apply. The prices of this depend on your country. Do you have any retail stores?

As of now, we have no physical stories. We strive to offer competitive prices to be able to give you amazing deals, and therefore, we choose not to have a physical store in order for us to be able to have better prices, and we believe that this is ultimately better for our customers.
